Torrance Moran Norris (born June 16, 1978 in Houston, Texas) is an American football fullback for the San Francisco 49ers of the NFL. He went to the University of Kansas. He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the 4th round (115th overall) in the 2001 NFL Draft. Norris played one season with the Saints before becoming a member of the Houston Texans, when the Texans claimed Norris off waivers in 2002. Norris was then a member of the Texans unitl 2005. Norris was signed as a free agent by the 49ers in the winter of 2005.

During his NFL career, Norris has been utilized on special teams and as a part-time starter at fullback. He also has been used as a kickoff returner. In 2005, for the Texans, Norris played in all 16 games with five starts and had one reception for four yards and 12 special teams tackles.

Norris is a physical blocker, who makes good decisions when lead blocking. He is a special teams standout. He is not a threat as a runner or receiver and doesn't get much playing time.
