Monterey is not a peninsula!!!

I don't know whether it is worth my time to repond to this but nevertheless, no the city of Monterey is not a peninsula. The city is actually only in part located on the Peninsula, most prominently, Cannery Row and New Monterey as well as Spagetthi Hill and of course DLI. There is a Penninsula it includes the part of the city proper I mentioned above as well as the city of Pacific Grove and the community of Pebble Beach. Otherwise please refer to a map.
