Montgomery Township, Wood County, Ohio

Montgomery Township is one of the 19 townships that make up Wood County, Ohio. It is located in the southeastern part of the county and makes up part of the border with Sandusky County, as well as meeting Seneca County in its southeastern corner. Montgomery Township borders the following townships and municipalities:
- Bloom Township (southwest corner)
- Center Township (northwest corner)
- Freedom Township (north)
- Jackson Township, Seneca Co. (southeast corner)
- Madison Township, Sandusky Co. (northeast corner)
- Perry Township (south)
- Portage Township (west)
- Scott Township, Sandusky Co. (east)
- The village of Risingsun
- The villages of Bradner and Wayne are also completely surrounded by the township.
The Montgomery Township House is located in Wayne near the intersection of Center St. and Ohio SR 281.
