Monterchi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Arezzo in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 80 km southeast of Florence and about 20 km east of Arezzo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,844 and an area of 28.7 km2.[1]
Monterchi borders the following municipalities: Anghiari, Arezzo, Citerna, Città di Castello, Monte Santa Maria Tiberina.
