Montefiorino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Modena in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 60 km southwest of Bologna and about 40 km southwest of Modena. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,336 and an area of 45.3 km2.[1]
Montefiorino borders the following municipalities: Frassinoro, Palagano, Toano, Villa Minozzo.
