Montechiaro d'Acqui is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 km southeast of Turin and about 40 km southwest of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 556 and an area of 17.5 km2.[1]
The municipality of Montechiaro d'Acqui contains the frazione (subdivision) Montechiaro Piana.
