FRESH MONTE VERONESE (PDO,DOP in italian)

The great cheese of the Lessini mountains, Monte Veronese is produced like Asiago, in two versions: the fresh, made from whole milk has a brief aging period and has a sweet, intense flavor.

Whole cow's milk (45% FCFP), unpasturized. 8-10 Kg.


MONTE VERONESE D'ALLEVO (PDO,DOP in italian)

Hard paste Monte Veronese, made from skimmed milk, is aged longer and is slightly piquant.

Cow's milk, skimmed (30% FCFP), unpasturized. 7-10 Kg.
