Monte Compatri is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rome in the Italian region Latium, located about 20 km southeast of Rome on the Alban Hills. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 8,971 and an area of 24.4 km2.[1]
Monte Compatri borders the following municipalities: Colonna, Grottaferrata, Monte Porzio Catone, Rocca di Papa, Rocca Priora, Rome, San Cesareo, Zagarolo.
