Montalto delle Marche is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ascoli Piceno in the Italian region Marche, located about 70 km south of Ancona and about 15 km north of Ascoli Piceno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,326, is 512m above sea level and covers an area of 34.1 km2.[1]
The municipality of Montalto delle Marche contains the frazione (subdivision) Patrignone e Porchia.
