Monmouth Mall

Monmouth Mall, an enclosed shopping center in Eatontown, New Jersey, is the fifth largest in the state. It opened as a 500,000 square foot open-air center on March 1, 1960. The mall was enclosed and expanded to its current size in 1975 and was renovated in 1987 and 1996 adding a 700-seat food court and a 15-screen AMC Theatres. The mall is located near the Garden State Parkway at Exit 105, and is situated on the corner of the busy intersection of Route 35 and 36, formerly the location of the Eatontown Circle. The mall has a gross leasable area of 1,500,000 ft²[1].
Its anchors are J.C. Penney, Lord and Taylor, AMC Theatres (15 screens), Macy's, Macy's Kids , Boscov's, and Burlington Coat Factory (formerly Nobody Beats The Wiz). Outparcels include T.G.I. Friday's and Chili's.
