MonarC is title of Mariah Carey's record label, under Island Records. Its artist include, but are not limited to Trey Lorenz, Dat Baby, and Belle & Nae Nae.

As of 2006 it is not known what the company's situation is, and its logo was not featured on Carey's 2005 album The Emancipation of Mimi. The most famous album released under MonarC was Carey's 2002 Charmbracelet.
