Every single one of the pictures used as source matterial for this montage are taken from the wikipedia articles of the subjects. They were licensed as "fair" use. With the exception of the picture of the Iranian transsexual which was taken from the website of the British Broadcasting company which is also fair use.

In refering to fair use I am using wikipedia's guidelines as well as the considerations listed at US copy wright office:Fair use. Specifically that this is for non-profit educational use and no revenue is being generated from this work.

The collective montage will be considered by me to be under the GNU GFDL. However anyone using this montage needs to keep in mind the status of the source photos used to create it.
