Moltrasio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 45 km north of Milan and about 6 km north of Como, on the border with Switzerland. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,796 and an area of 8.9 km2.[1]
The municipality of Moltrasio contains the frazione (subdivision) Donegano.
