Mokoreta River

The Mokoreta River flows westward from the Catlins Ranges into the Southland Plains in the southern South Island of New Zealand. A tributary of the Mataura River, its total length is 50 kilometres, and it flows into the Mataura close to the town of Wyndham.

The river's source is between Mt Rosebery and Catlins Cone, close to the source of the Catlins River.
