Moita (pron. IPA: ['moitɐ]) is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 55.0 km² and a total population of 69,603 inhabitants.
The municipality is composed of 6 parishes, and is located in the district of Setúbal.
The present Mayor is João Manuel Jesus Lobo, elected by the Unitarian Democratic Coalition.
The municipal holiday is the 1st Tuesday after the 2nd Sunday of September.
