Either Spirit of Light or Spirt of Power by Clayton Frye (1932), Stainless steel sculpture (one source states as aluminum, but doubtful due to look, composition, and styling), part of the Art Deco facade of the Niagara-Mohawk Power building, Syracuse, New York.
