Well, here we are again. Even if this leave is for real,I hope you enjoyed yourself here at Wikipedia. As for myself, RL or lack thereof, is driving me insane. I need to really get in touch with who I really am, instead of assuming the worst, creating a horrid self-image based on events which happened when I was eleven or twelve, turning to Wikipedia to escape. I'll be going Wikibreak for a while, and be on a lighter work rate when I get back. I didn't mean to be as rude a bitch as I was. Shit was bad, I complained, and I went a little too far. Sorry if that contributed. I'll be back to wikipedia in a week or two, when intarweb access is better. I've got a bunch of articles to write about Maui, and Maui itself needs a substantial update.

I do not know what motivated you to leave. I am sure you feel strongly about it. I certainly do not mean to cast any disrespect on your decision, however I do think there are precious few valid reasons to leave this project. If you just want to leave because you just want to leave, fine. But, if it has anything to do with interacting with others here, please keep in mind this axiom: In any sufficiently large group, it is guaranteed there will be at least one person with whom you simply can not get along. The larger the group, the more likely there will be multiple people fitting that description. There are many people here. I've found people with whom I simply can not work. I've made an active choice to avoid them as much as I can. If you are leaving because of personal disputes with others here, you might wish to reconsider your actions in light of the above axiom. A suggestion, to avoid a positive contributor

I don't know if you'll ever see this, and I'm pretty sure you don't know me. That's okay. But really... we need you, man. If you don't want to deal with harrassment, that's fine; in that case, take a wikibreak and come back under a different username. Wikipedia seriously needs responsible, mature editors like yourself; every responsible editor the dicks drive off is a win for entropy and idiocy in the world. Ultimately, you are responsible to yourself, to the law, and whatever deity(ies) you might believe in... but please reconsider at least a part-time contribution to the community. Well, I think the repeated "I'm leaving" notices, the floods of "No, we like you, don't leave" pleas, and then the "All right, I can't stay away" admissions are a bit silly, though I'm sure it would make one feel good to be wanted. Hmm...maybe I should try quitting Wikipedia to see if anyone will ask me to stay. But back on topic, I don't think that your relationship with Wikipedia is very healthy at this point. Certainly on-site you engage in actions that later harm your future activities, as you well know, but you seem to lack the ability to see them at the time. Hopefully you can concentrate now on tackling your real-world priorities, and perhaps after some time, when other areas of your life are in order, you can return. Or perhaps not, if you decide that's best. I will certainly miss your contributions and will hope to see you back one day, but I do agree with you that for now it's probably best for you to stay away from Wikipedia (except as a reader, perhaps).
