Moein is a popular Iranian singer.

Moein was born in Isfahan, Iran. Unlike other popular artists he decided to stay in birthplace Isfahan instead of moving to Tehran or abroad. Eventually in 1982 he decided to leave his country.

Currently he has produced 19 albums.
