Modus Operandi is a film directed by Frankie Latina.

Shot in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, over the course of a year and a half, it tells the story of a good agent (Randy Russell) on a quest to eliminate a bad agent (Mark Borchardt).

Stylistically, it resembles a 1970s exploitation film, a look present in almost all of Latina's work.
