Model Town Humak is situated in Islamabad Capital Territory Pakistan on Kahuta Road. It is a community of more than 1500 homes and built in an organised way.

It is a suburb town of Islamabad city. It was started in 1984. Much of its earlier residents were the employees of Radio Pakistan and various newspapers. Swaan River flows by it.
