Mobilkom Austria is a major Austrian mobile network operator. It has been operating commercially since 1994 and in testing since 1992.
The mobilkom austria group also owns:
- mobilkom liechtenstein in Liechtenstein
- Mobilkom Serbia in Serbia
- Si.Mobil in Slovenia
- VIPnet in Croatia
- Mobiltel in Bulgaria
The revenue for the group at year end 2005 was 2,489,200,000 EUR, while the revenue for the Austrian branch was 1,719,100,000 EUR.
The company is owned by Telekom Austria AG.
