Mona Carcasses Kalosil is a politician from Vanuatu. He served as foreign minister under Prime Minister Edward Natapei from 2003 to 2004. Following parliamentary elections, he became finance minister on July 28, 2004 under Prime Minister Serge Vohor. He kept the post of finance minister when Ham Lini became prime minister later in 2004. He remained in that position until November 14, 2005 when he was sacked by Lini for unclear reasons. He is a member of the Vanuatu Green Party, which he led into the opposition when he lost his cabinet post in November 2005.
