Image talk:MLKJR.jpg

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I've found a source. The source has a picture that is exactly like MLKJR.jpg, only MLKJR.jpg is in black and white and is mirrored. The credit is given to a photographer at LIFE, which presumes that LIFE copyrighted it. The question is, does MLKJR.jpg, which can be considered a deriative work, fall under copyright use, or some other use? Is the copyright propagating? --Bash 02:35, 17 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Date of stamp

When was this stamp printed? If it's from 1978 or later, then it's copyrighted, per Template:USPSstamp.--Pharos 23:23, 15 January 2006 (UTC)
