Talk:MLB hitters with three home runs in one game
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
See my discussion with an admin at Talk:Golden sombrero. He suggested creating this list, and then merging in the contents of some other three-home-run lists that exist. Dakern74 21:09, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Merge #1
Is there still a need for a separate list of guys who have done it twice in one season? (See MLB hitters with two or more 3-home run games in a season.) The existing article does not have specific dates on most of them anyway. Some of the trivia is good, maybe it could be added to the end of the bigger list, and/or add another table note of some type. -- dakern74 (talk) 02:30, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Merge #2
The second merge candidate, MLB players who have hit 3 home runs over consecutive innings, is unsourced and I believe incomplete. If you click said article, it talks about being consecutive at-bats, not consecutive innings, which means it's titled wrong to begin with. And there are way more "ยง" notes in this new list than entries on the prior article. -- dakern74 (talk) 02:30, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
