The Mla Watu are a fictional legacy of vampires, native to the Africafrom White Wolf Game Studio's Vampire: The Masquerade books and role-playing games.

The Mla Watu always appear as near dead corpses, with the ancient Mla Watu appearing even further decayed.

Suspected to be Cappadocians who managed to evade the Giovanni purge of their clan, the Mla Watu are reviled among the Laibon, exisitng at the fringes of Laibon society. Nevertheless have thrived in seclusion, taking in the deep spiritual ties of Africa with the underworld. Through their knowledge of Necromancy they have learned more of the history of the Ebony Kingdoms than any others.
