MK 103 cannon

MK 103 is the designation of a 30 mm cannon used in German combat aircraft during World War II. It was development on the MK 101. It had a high muzzle velocity compared to the MK 101. Even though it was lighter than the MK 101, the 103 was still too heavy for common use in fighter aircraft and therefore not in wide use.
