Mizérable is the title of Japanese rocker/singer Gackt's first single and mini-album. It was released in 1999. Mizérable was released after Gackt left MALICE MIZER and continues in somewhat of the same vein of fanciful, gothic-sounding music, albeit more minimal in presentation; there are no harpsichords, howling winds or other such devices present. Two months after Mizérable Ver.2/3 mini-album was first released, the song was released again in the form of a single. The song "Story" was re-released with new Japanese lyrics on the 再会〜Story〜 single.
