MIVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA) is an independent online advertising network. MIVA Media is a PPC network born out of the merger of FindWhat.com in the US and Espotting.com in Europe.
MIVA is a network of partner websites and portals. MIVA distributes advertiser’s PPC Ads across partner websites, including web publishers and industry-specific sites.

MIVA has three advertising products:
MIVA runs PPC Networks in US, UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. In Europe, MIVA displays advertisers’ brand logos as part of their Pay-Per-Click Ads.
MIVA was the first advertising network to market Pay-Per-Call Ads. Like Pay-Per-Click, advertisers bid for position in an auction and only pay when an Internet user calls their business.
In 2006, MIVA launched Pay-Per-Text Ads which provided advertisers a way to connect with consumers via SMS in conjunction with Britain's directory assistance, 118 118.
MIVA offers private label solutions to publishing partners looking to offer a performance advertising solution under their own brand. MIVA’s private label partners include Verizon Superpages.com and Eniro, a directory company in Scandinavia.

MIVA Small Business Solutions provides e-commerce products and services for online businesses, web developers, web designers and web hosting companies. The MIVA Small Business Platform is built around MIVA Merchant™, a storefront development and management system which allows businesses to build and manage an online store through a web browser. MIVA Merchant is integrated with marketing and business solutions like payment processing, data synchronization with accounting software, Pay-Per-Click marketing (MIVA Marketplace), e-mail marketing and search engine optimization services.
