Mita Shogakkou

Mita Shogakkou 「御田小学校」 is one of the oldest elementary schools in Japan,and exists in Mita 4-11-38 Minato ward, Tokyo, Japan, which exists on the top of Tuki no Misaki.

This school was founded in Meiji 「明治」 6 nen (1873) and at was unified with Nankai Shogakkou 「南海小学校」 in Heisei 「平成」12 nen (2000).

The school district spreads out in a plateau and lowlands. Many residences and temples exist on a plateau and various minor factories and stores to along with Furukawa river「古川」 exist in lowlands, and various companies and many restaurants exist around the Tamachi station 「田町駅」.

Koizumi Shinzo「小泉信三」 who was the president in Keio University, and Mori Masako 「森昌子」who is the most famous Enka singer 「演歌歌手」 in Japan graduated from this school.
