Mita Hills

Mita Hills is a man made lake near Kabwe, Zambia. Constructed by the Anglo American Corporation in the 1950's, Mita Hills was designed to provide hydro electric power to the Broken Hill Mine in its production primarily of lead and zinc as well as cadmium, silver and even titanium in smaller quantities.

The lake is approximately 25 miles long by 3-4 miles wide. Bream dominate the fish species.
