  • Keep. I read the article. It's sourced, and less POV than most of the articles on economics and politics in article space. A newbie, who probably won't be back to know he's been bitten; but, if he does come back, he won't have learned the differences between this and what we want, either. I considered a Weak keep, on the grounds that this is unlikely ever to matter, if he doesn't return; but, if so, the only effect of this deletion will be to waste one more edit's worth of storage. • Keep on same basis as Septentrionalis. Must admit that I was amused Encarta was cited as a source though. :) Orderinchaos78 14:02, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
  • Delete One user's been gone for 19 months, while the other made a few edits to his userpage seven months ago and has never been seen again. WP:NOT applies. And not to crystal ball, but who knows- maybe someone else will want the username Richard Hill. -- Kicking222 02:36, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
  • Seven months? That's delete for me. - Mailer Diablo 03:07, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
  • Weak keep for User:Ruchirabajaj since the user has productive edits. Delete for Richard Hill having none. JoshuaZ 04:25, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
  • Delete -why are these things even contested? BigDT 07:21, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
