Here are some of the things I'm currently doing in Wikipedia (in addition to hum-drum day-to-day scouring of my watchlist):
- Converting in-line references to footnotes using the <ref> tag on shorter articles with no "References" section
- Looking for ideas for new articles.
- Working my tickler.
[edit] VandalProof
On May 25, 2006 I began using the VandalProof software to actively hunt down vandalism. It's easy and fun to use, and stops vandals quickly. I've always maintained that the best way to thwart vandalism is to revert it immediately. If the vandal can't get the satisfaction of having an audience for their "contributions", they are likely to move on (and perhaps become useful editors!)
