[edit] Interstate Standards?

Is there dispute over whether this freeway is constructed to Interstate standards? The last I heard was that the dispute was over what to call it. MoDOT wants I-370 and AASHTO wants I-870. On another note, this article stills needs some work done on it. For starters I can't see the highway on the picture as the article suggestions.
