"Misunderstood" was the second single from Robbie Williams' 2004 Greatest Hits. The song was also featured on the Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason soundtrack. The single reached Number 8 on the UK Singles Charts.

The song is a return to Williams' roots [citation needed]. The song is a true, simple ballad that highlights Williams' new mature sounding voice [citation needed].

The video incorporates the 2nd Bridget Jones movie into it, including clips. Williams is interrogated by foreign officials. The highlight is at the end when the main interrogator says if Williams keeps acting up, he might be there a long time. Williams asks, "How long is a long time?". The interrogator answers, "Oh, about a millennium," to which Williams answers by turning to the camera and singing "Millennium!" from his hit song of the same title.
