Former Route 99 was a highway located completely within the city limits of St. Louis. Its northern terminus was at U.S. Highway 67 at the intersection of Florissant Avenue and Riverview Boulevard. The road continued south on Riverview, turned east on Bircher Boulevard, then headed south on Kingshighway. Its southern terminus was at Route 30 located at the intersection of Kingshighway and Gravois Road. In the 1960's, US 67 was moved and Missouri 99 became part of US 67.
