Route 77 was a short highway in the area around St. Louis in the U.S. state of Missouri. Its western terminus was at U.S. Route 67/U.S. Route 61 at Mehlville. Its eastern terminus was at the state line on the Jefferson Barracks Bridge over the Mississippi River where it continued as Illinois Route 157. It is currently part of Interstate 255/U.S. Route 50.
