Route 340 is a highway in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Its eastern terminus is at Ferguson Ave in University City, its western terminus is at Route 100 (Manchester Road) in Ellisville. Missouri 340 is known locally as Olive Boulevard, Olive Street Road, and Clarkson Road.
