Missionaries of the Sacred Heart is a Roman Catholic missionary order founded in 1854 by French priest Jules Chevalier. It sent its missionaries to Colombia and Papua New Guinea. Its first missionaries to Papua New Guinea were sent in September of 1881. Afterwards other continents were visited and evangelized by the missionaries also.
