[edit] A Picturephone Call
Suddenly, he hears the Picturephone ringing. "PICTUREPHONE!!" he yells in delight. He skips up to it and almost bumps right into it. He gets in and sits down in the booth. He pulls down the curtain, revealing a pirate ship with a parrot. Squawking is heard as a result. He then places a pirate captain's hat on his head. He then pulls the crank and the overhead lights turn on as usual, making a "boing" sound. He picks up the can and says "Pee-wee's Playhouse. Pee-wee speaking," into it. It's Miss Yvonne on the other line, with a painter, Michael "Mike" Angelo, in the background. She and him say hi to each other. "Pee wee, can you do me a favor?" she says worriedly. "I don't know, can you?" he quips. She laughs, then explains: "My house is being painted, and I need a place to stay for a few days. I was wondering..." Pee-wee suggests staying with him for a while. She asks is he's sure she won't be a pest and the man-child says no; they'll have have lots of fun together. "Oh, thank you, Pee-wee," she says. "I'll be right over. You're so nice!" Everyone, including Mike, screams, because she just said the secret word. Pee-wee then says goodbye to Yvonne, and hangs up, taking of his pirate hat.
[edit] Miss Yvonne Comes
Pee-wee then emerges from the Picturephone booth and says to Pterri, Globey, Randy and Magic Screen, "Guess what, everybody." "What?" they all say. "Miss Yvonne is coming over to stay with us for a few days!" Pee-wee says. They all cheer. Pee-wee says that since company is coming, they have to clean up. Each of the playhouse crew will each do his own chore: Magic Screen will mop, Conky will vacuum, Pterri will dust up high, Globey will dust down low, Pee-wee will clean up his room and Randy will stay out of everybody's way.
A little later, Pee-wee finishes cleaning up his room and says to the viewers that if everyone pitches in, not only will things get done in a hurry, but it's more fun, too. Then Mr. Window tells Pee-wee that Miss Yvonne is coming. "Miss Yvonee!" Pee-wee shouts delightedly. He hurries over to the door. Before he opens it, he breathes on his hand. Then he opens it up. Sure enough, there is Miss Yvonne. She says hi to Pee-wee, the denizens and the viewers and is in awe of the playhouse looking so nice. She says to Pee-wee, "Oh, Pee-wee! The playhouse looks so nice!" Everyone screams, since she said the secret word.
Pee-wee notices that she is only carrying her suitcase and comments that she is travelling light. She says she just brought a few necessities. She then tells some movers to bring in her luggage. Several muscular movers come in (one looks like Ricardo and another resembles an incarnated El Hombre). Pee-wee notices the large quantity of trunks. He asks what they are and Miss Yvonne says that it's just makeup and beauty supplies. "Wow, I didn't know it took all this equipment to stay so beautiful," Pee-wee comments. "Well, beauty is as beauty does," Yvonne replies. Pee-wee sits down on one of the trunks and tells the viewers to watch El Hombre while Miss Yvonne moves her stuff in. Then two of the movers lift the trunk up (with Pee-wee still sitting on it) and carry it offscreen.
[edit] Bathroom Break
When the undubbed and unsubbed cartoon ends, Pee-wee tells the viewers that Yvonne is busy with some girly stuff right now, so, he's playing with Billy Balogna. "Boy, Pee-wee," Billy says. "It sure smells funny since Yvonne moved in." Yeah," Pee-wee says, "Perfume-y." He then hears the Picturephone ringing. He calls for Yvonne to get it, but no answer. He tries again, this time louder, but still nothing. Pee-wee, incensed, puts down Billy and angrily walks towards Yvonne, who is using a 1950s-era bonnet hairdryer. "DON'T WORRY, MISS YVONNE! I'LL GET IT!" he yells to her. She just waves absent-mindedly. He gets into the booth, pulls down the curtain (this time depicting outer space), does the usual activation sequence, and it's the Cowntess on the other line. "Moo-hoo! Pee-wee!" she says. "Hi, Cowntess!" Pee-wee says. "How are 'moo' today?" "Just moo-velous, Pee-wee," she replies. She then asks if Miss Yvonne is there, and he says he'll go get her now.
He gets out of the booth and pounds on the blowdryer to get her attention. He then yells out her name and she consents. "Oh! Pee-wee! Did you want to use the hairdryer?" She asks. He says no thanks, but he wanted to let her know that she has a call on the Picturephone. She thanks him, hands him the candy (or whatever it is) that she was eating and runs inside. He then decides to take a bite but then spits it out in disgust. The two women's conversation (their audible conversation, anyway) is as follows:
- MISS YVONNE: "Hi, Cowntess! How did you know I was here?"
- COWNTESS: :I called your house and some strange man told me where you were. You haven't mooooooved, have you?"
- MISS YVONNE: "Oh, no."
Their next conversation is now faster and with higher pitch. Pee-wee is, childishly, mocking their girl talk.
Soon, night falls. Pee-wee is standing outside his bathroom in his pajamas, tapping his rather oversized toothbrush in his hand impatiently and sighing disgusted. "What're you doing, Pee-wee?" Pterri asks. Pee-wee says, rather loudly, he's waiting for Miss Yvonne to get out of the bathroom so he can go to bed. One of the fish in the aquarium says, "We never have to wait to go to the bathroom!" This fish and the other one laughs. "C'MON, MISS YVONNE!!" Pee-wee yells. He turns to Pterri and tells him she's been in there for over an hour. "I like having Miss Yvonne here in the playhouse," Pterri replies. "I guess I do, too, Pterri," Pee-wee replies. Pterri says he wishes she could stay here all the time. "Well, I—" Pee-wee is about to say, but before he can go further, Miss Yvonne says she's finished in the bathroom; it's now his. She then emerges with curlers in her hair and her face covered in turqouise makeup. Ominous music plays while Pee-wee and Pterri scream in fright at this strange sight.
[edit] Pancakes With Fruit Faces
The next morning, Yvonne is at the windowsill drinking a cup of tea. She says that the day is just wonderful, and says "good morning" to the three flowers. They yawn and says good morning to her in response. Yvonne walks up to Pee-wee, who had slept on the couch the night before. "Good morning, Pee-wee!" She says. "Did you have a nice night's sleep?" He then says, rather groggily, "I had the best night's sleep I ever had in my whole life, Yvonne. Whaddya want for breakfast?". The pretty girl then says that she is fixing him breakfast, because he had been such a wonderful host, and that she hopes he likes pancakes with fruit faces. The man-child then rises and says, fully energized, "Pancakes with fruit faces?! They're my fave!" Yvonne then tells him to do his morning grooming and she will get everything started. They then break away.

[edit] The House Is Done?
After cleaning up Miss Yvonne's things, Pee-Wee says, "I wish Miss Yvonne's house would be done being painted." Jambi appears and Pee-Wee makes his wish. Michael Angelo the painter then calls on the Picturephone and says that he was just about to paint the ceiling and the whole house was finished. Miss Yvonne then thanks Pee-Wee for being a great host and friend and she leaves.
[edit] Here We Go Again
After Miss Yvonne leaves, the Picturephone rings and it's the Cowntess calling saying that Michael Angelo the painter did such a good job on Miss Yvonne's house that she wants her house painted as well. Pee-Wee then pretends to leave an answering machine message and quietly sneaks away so he can leave on his scooter.
[edit] Trivia
- Michael Angelo is played by Martin Azarow, a famous actor. Coincidentally, they have similar initials.
- Pee-wee mentions building a fort with his building blocks. He actually did so in Pee-wee Catches a Cold, which resulted in him getting mean and cranky.
- Vic Trevino (Ricardo) is listed in the end credits; however, in this episode, he does not play Ricardo, but instead makes an appearance as one of Yvonne's moving men.
- One of the moving men looks very much like an incarnated El Hombre.
- One of the many, many dresses of Miss Yvonne's includes the red, green, and white Christmas-themed dress from Pee-wee's Playhouse Christmas Special.
- Miss Yvonne said to Pee-wee, "Did you have a nice night's sleep?" However, no screaming was done.
