Misodendraceae is a family of flowering plants in the order Santalales. The family has been recognized by many taxonomists, including the APG II system (2003; unchanged from the APG system of 1998), which assigns it to the Santalales in the clade core eudicots.
The family consists of a single genus Misodendron, with 12 species of hemi-parasites, growing as mistletoes on Nothofagus species. The genus is restricted to southern South America.
