Misato, Miyagi

Minamisanriku (美里町) is a town located in Motoyoshi District, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. It has an area of 75.06km², and as of 2005 the population of the area was 26,322.

The town was formed through a merger on January 1, 2006, when the towns of Kogota and Nangou from Toda District merged into the new town of Misato.
