Miroslav Kadlec (born June 22, 1964 in Uherské Hradiště), is a Czech football defender. He played for Czechoslovakia and later the Czech Republic; for both he played a total of 64 matches and scored two goals. His son Michal Kadlec currently plays for AC Sparta Praha.
