Mircea Sandu (born in 22 October 1952) is a retired Romanian soccer player. He was a striker and made his name with Sportul Studenţesc, where he played from 1971-1986.
Sandu has been president of the Romanian Football Federation since 1990, and was overwhelmingly re-elected in 2005.
