Mirassol is a municipality/county in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The 2004 population was 52,996. The area is 244.59 km². Its latitude is 20.7667/20°46" S and the longitude is 49.4667/49°28" W, the density is 216.67/km². The elevation is 587 m. Mirassol is located a few kilometres west of São José do Rio Preto.

The city was founded on September 8, 1910. The name was first known as São Pedro da Mata Una. It later became Mirassol. The river São José dos Dourados flows through Mirassol.

The city also features an unpaved airport and are linked with the SP-310(Rodovia Washington Luis) and the SP-320 (Rodovia Euclides da Cunha) state highways
