Mira Vista (Spanish: Look at the view) is a neighborhood in central Richmond between roughly San Pablo Avenue (State Route 123) and the East Richmond Heights CDP.

Interstate 80 runs though the middle of the neighborhood and has exits on San Pablo (near Barrett), MacBryde and Solano avenues. The area is mostly residential with detached single family homes with some two-story apartment buildings in between. There are many small businesses along San Pablo avenue, including a concentration of reasonably priced Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Central American restaurants, earning the area a reputation as a low-priced "gourmet ghetto." AC Transit runs buses along San Pablo north to San Pablo, Contra Costa College, and Hilltop and south to El Cerrito del Norte BART, El Cerrito, Berkeley, Oakland; lines 72 and 72R. There is also commuter service to the San Francisco Transbay Terminal in the city of the same name (L); 600 series school service also runs through the area.

The area is home to Riverside elementary school.
