This article identifies both Theodore Nott and Blaise Zabini as the one Slytherin boy who can see thestrals. Any resolution?

It may be that in the book, it was mentioned that one Slytherin could see thestrals, or perhaps J.K. Rowling said that in an interview (or other "official" statement), and that the editors of this article were simply making conjecture.
It's Nott who can see Thestrals, not Zabini. This has been fixed. Mercury McKinnon 11:04, 11 October 2005 (UTC)

Why is Adrian Pucey presumed a pure-blood? I don't recall any Puceys mentioned among Voldemort's followers, and blood purity isn't a criterion the Sorting Hat uses, even for Slytherin.

On a different note, though -- there's too many templates on thsi page, so the last one's not working. ugen64 23:37, Oct 26, 2004 (UTC)

[edit] "Cassius" Warrington

Where on Earth is it proven that C. Warrington's given name is Cassius? Other than the occasional fanfiction featuring this name, I can't find real, solid proof anywhere. Until J.K. Rowling states his given name, please, could we change it to "C. Warrington" or even just plain "Warrington"? 65.95.234.214 06:25, 12 July 2005 (UTC)

Agreed. I've changed it to "C. Warrington". Mercury McKinnon 10:53, 11 October 2005 (UTC)
Someone had changed it to Cassius so I brought it back to C. --Fbv65edel (discuss | contribs) 18:23, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Proposed Merger of Blaise Zabini

I suggest merging Blaise Zabini into this article as I do not believe he is a major character. Whilst he no doubt has a bigger role in book 6 than all the previous 5 put together, it is still not a major role whose parts are central to the plot, therefore I believe Minor character is more appropriate. • I support this. Fbv65edel (discuss | contribs) 20:36, 23 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Same here it would be more organized Aeon 12:42, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
  • I also support the merge, we cannot have a page for each character that is named. Lag 15:15, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
  • Half-Blood Prince gives him some fairly memorable scenes, whereas all the characters on this page are MUCH smaller roles, with barely defined - if at all - personalities. Leave it, I think 88.111.17.183 19:12, 8 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Now, when they say "The Goblet of Fire", do they mean...

...It was said under Blaise Zabini's name that in GOF there was a Death Eater in his family. Do they mean the book or do they mean the film? Because I've never seen the film, and besides I think I'd recall if they said it in the book, though I've not read that chapter for a while. Lord of French Stuff 15:12, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

Frankly, I don't remember it in the book either. Mrs. Zabini's seven husbands each died a mysterious death, leaving her very wealthy, so I don't think one would still be a DE in GOF… --Fbv65edel (discuss | contribs) 20:40, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
