[edit] Vanity?

If anyone associated with this recent publication is contributing, why don't you take a step back and let others do it for you? Right now this article smells like a vanity piece.Tomcool 04:56, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

If you want to see a real vanity piece, check out the article for the Minnesota Daily. Nathanm mn 06:05, 26 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Neutrality

Some statements seem to be taking an anti- stance, however this is my impression. 68.39.174.238 08:58, 26 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Aaron Solem

An anonymous user removed the information regarding Aaron Solem's involvement in the MN Senate Republican Caucas. According to Aaron's facebook profile, which was updated on Febuary 25, 2006, he is still an active member. At the very least, I think it is obvious he was at one point involved with the organization, hence I am modifying the page to reflect this. Jsaxton86 09:22, 26 February 2006 (UTC)

The statement is true. One need look no further than his facebook profile to discover this. It is also relevant to the context of the article, as The MR is a self-proclaimed conservative newspaper. Could you please present your side of the story before reverting my edit again? Jsaxton86 09:34, 26 February 2006 (UTC)

Mr. Solem does not want any personal information, such as place of occupation, placed in this article (and it is presently inaccurate regardless, Mr. Solem has not worked a day at the Senate Republican Caucus) and it has no relevancy to the topic of the artcle. If Mr. Saxton wishes to state the obvious fact that Mr. Solem is a Republican then that is at his discretion, but additional information is both unnecessary and undesired:

[edit] Punctation Encyclopedic? Sprotect

Hey guys (gals?). Does an encyclopedia really need a list of every spelling/punctation error of a minor newspaper? Please don't fight your views here on Wikipedia. For now I have sprotected the article, only registered users can edit the page. -- Chris 73 | Talk 10:25, 26 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Staff

The staff is still lacking a vast majority. I was going to add some more of the staff but now the page is protected.

Unprotected again. However, if there is a edit war again about listing punctation errors I will protect it again. Chris 73 | Talk 20:23, 26 February 2006 (UTC)
