Minnesota State Highway 110 is a short 4-mile (8 km) connector between Minnesota State Highway 55 and Interstate 494 and US 52 south of downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. Heavily stoplighted, the route has one major junction in between with Interstate 35E.

Originally it was part of a Highway 100 beltway around the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
