The Mindanao Visayas Basketball Association is a regional-based basketball league in the Philippines. The comprises of team from the Visayas and Mindanao regions that opened in 2006.
M. Lhuillier Kwarta Padala-Cebu won the first title of the said league. Among its members include PacMan Gensan, owned by boxer Manny Pacquiao
