Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi

Minamitsuru (南都留郡; -gun) is a district located in Yamanashi, Japan.
As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 49,180 and a density of 122.73 persons per km². The total area is 400.71 km².
The district has two towns and four villages.

- November 15, 2003-The town of Kawaguchiko and the villages of Katsuyama and Ashiwada merged to form the town of Fujikawaguchiko
- February 13, 2005-The village of Akiyama merged with the town of Uenohara from Kitatsuru District to form the city of Uenohara.
- March 1, 2006-The town of Fujikawaguchiko absorbed parts of the village of Kamikuishiki from Nishiyatsushiro District.
